Hello all! I have just returned from my 8 Month long search for an ocean in which to sail my pirate ship in Montana. My results have been inconclusive. But anyway, the site is back up and running, and should have some more updates.

Yeah so i havent posted here in about 6 months... go figure. I could say a bunch of stuff about how much homework i was piled with or how many giant robots i battled to save the earth but i dont have the energy right now. only one more day of finals, then maybe i will get back to caring about something!

Happy Holidays mateys!
In case anyone is interested, I am ruining Christmas. Bill O Reilly and many others are up in arms again, this time about America's perceived persecution of the Christian holiday. The main culprit of this awful treatment? Happy Holidays. Apparently the phrase is intolerant and mean spirited- suiting it perfectly for this website! So merry christmas, happy chanukah, and happy holidays all!

Again, apologies for the lack of news. Had an interesting Thanksgiving break, though. Ever reached the point where you felt like you needed to strangle every member of your family violently until they JUST SHUT UP?????

Oh well, maybe its just me piratey instincts. Gotta keep those in check...

Sorry to bore the news-hungry membership but I have had a rather boring couple of days. I have been banned from all of the phones in the house for making crank calls using arnold schwarzenneger soundboards (apparently "you are a fucking CHOIR BOY compared to me, a CHOIR BOY!!!!!!!! doesnt go over well with the mother).
So yeah, im on house arrest, what can you do.

Not much news to report today. I had planned on crashing the state volleyball tournament as a pirate, but it seems the fates are against me. Oh well, there's always basketball season.

Fantastic news!
Cap'n Slappy, (Yes, THE Cap'n Slappy!) of Talk Like a Pirate fame, has seen our website, and requested to be an Honorary Member of our association! Also, we are now going to be linked on the Talk Like A Pirate website itself. I think I speak for the entire association (oh, wait) when I proudly declare Cap'n Slappy into the Order of Cheese Fries, the highest order it is in my power to bestow (apart from the Order of Cheese Fries With Ranch), and proclaim the beginning of a new era for our association.

I further issue a decree of rum for everyone!

Whew. Long day.
I went to a 7 hour, riveting seminar on community involvement that prepped me perfectly for 3 hours of debate practice.
Yuck.
I've been thinking about the balloon, and I've come to the decision that it needs to have a pirate flag. I had a pretty cool one for football this year, maybe it could see a resurgence.
I need a Full Throttle. Nothing beats 45 minutes of taurine-induced hysteria and uncontrollable shaking followed by 2 hours of after-sickness.

Thats right. The Montana Pirate Association now has its official ship.
Its a long story, but it basically boils down to my dad, who used to be a baloon pilot, deciding it was time to buy another one and terrorize the skies of Missoula.
He is driving to somewhere in North Dakota to pick it up this weekend.

Its name is "The Surprise".

In other news, I am getting really frustrated with English. I am sure that you fellow constituents of the MPA would agree that "real pirates don't read."

Wow. I like that. Maybe I should make that the site's motto.

Ok well here I go, first post. I guess I should start off by telling you a little bit about myself.
My name is Will. I live in a town called Missoula, Montana where I am a high school student.

Oh yeah, and I'm a pirate.

This blog is probably going to deteriorate into whining gibberish about my life. But I would like it to have a purpose. See, I was reading this book about pirates, and I read an article about some teenagers in Michigan who were arrested for joining a local parade dressed like pirates, calling themselves the American Pirate Association. And I got to thinking, what a fantastimarvelous idea. So here it is. The Montana Pirate Association.

First off, its my Association. So if you dont like it please dont write me to complain because I dont care. really.
Secondly, anyone can join, since I am guessing the corsair populations in my home state are dwindling, since we havent had a major body of water since Glacial Lake Missoula.

ok well thats all for now. got to get to work adding stuff to the site and procrastinating my english homework.
